NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB has awarded a 3 year and 7 month contract via Direct Award B to Norwich & Norfolk Surgical Ltd (N2S). The contract commenced on 1st September 2025 and will expire on 31st March 2029 with an optional extension for a further 2 years. The estimated contract value is £18,850,567 across all years including the optional extension.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 via Direct Award Process B. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award.
