All potential service providers of residential rehabilitation and recovery services for people with problematic substance misuse issues. Liverpool City Council is recommissioning their substance misuse rehabilitation and recovery services. These consist of distinct community and are residential services, with the aim to support service users into a managed process of change that helps build the foundations of a sustainable recovery.
Services will provide an asset based approach to reintegrate service users into the local recovery community and wider mainstream society. Its is intended that the service will commence on 1st July 2026 till 31st March 2028 (21 months contract duration). There will be an optional extension term of period(s) up to a further 12 months, at the discretion of the Council
