*Planned Tender to procure Contractors to undertake the Contract of Road Markings, Road Studs and High Friction Surfacing. Cyngor Gwynedd are issuing this PPN to make the market aware that we intend on going out to market to procure Contractors to undertake the Contract of Road Markings, Road Studs and High Friction Surfacing.
