Abstract
Monmouthshire County Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to deliver two interrelated outputs:
A Green Infrastructure and Forest Management Plan for Mill Common, providing a strategic roadmap for long-term stewardship and sustainable woodland management.
