Abstract

This contract formalises the continued delivery of the Whole School Approach to Emotional and Mental Well-being (WSAEMWB) across schools in Cardiff and Vale for the 2025–2026 funding period. Cardiff Council will appoint a skilled Implementation Lead to collaborate with schools and local education authorities, driving the embedding of the WSAEMWB framework. The goal is for all maintained schools to have a comprehensive emotional and mentalwellbeing action plan in place by March 31, 2026.
