This invitation to quote is to conduct an evaluation of the three-year ‘Partnership delivery of MPA improvements in Wales’ project (the Project). 2.2 Description of the goods or services required

This invitation to quote is to conduct an evaluation of the three-year ‘Partnership delivery of MPA improvements in Wales’ project (the Project). The evaluation should address the following:

• Evaluation of the project outputs

• Review of data collected throughout the project

• One-to-one interviews with stakeholders to gather information on the impact of the project

• Recommendations for the Welsh Partnership of MPAs on delivering future projects of a similar scale

• Assessment of how the project has improved MPA site management planning and connected more people to their marine environment
