Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint Service Providers who have capacity and able to deliver sustainable, value for money services in Conwy to support unpaid Carers. The aim of the service is to support carers by offering flexible, person-centred, high-quality respite care, supporting the well-being of both carers and those they care for. This is a service to support unpaid carers, where the care-for may be an adult or a child living at home in a family setting.

Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint Service Providers who have capacity and able to deliver sustainable, value for money services in Conwy to support unpaid Carers.

The aim of the service is to support carers by offering flexible, person-centred, high-quality respite care, supporting the well-being of both carers and those they care for. This is a service to support unpaid carers, where the care-for may be an adult or a child living at home in a family setting.
