This is a contract for the provision of Primary Medical Care Services at Coniston Medical Practice. The contract will commence on 15 June 2026 and have an initial term of ten years. The contract may be extended to a maximum of term of fifteen years.
This is a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023.
