Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The framework of providers will be based on supplying some or all the of following services Desktop Services , IT Security Services ,Business Continuity Services, Data Center Services and Application Services (note a clearer definition of the services is contained within the PQQ document). For each of the services the supplier will be expected provide Supply and Build services , Maintenance and support, Preventive Maintenance, Technical Resource, lifecycle Mapping and optional managed service. In addition for the Desktop services they will be required to provide supply, delivery and installation to desktop of hardware and on going maintenance of the client OS gold image. Note Not all items that are identified to be provided will be purchased for all of the services.
