Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Mount Green Housing Association (MGHA) wishes to appoint an experienced and qualified contractor in connection with delivering their Gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated works to domestic properties. MGHA provides a range of housing and support services in the Surrey area. The contract will service approximately 500 units (subject to change as the Contracting Authority acquires and disposes of stock) consisting of the provision of a comprehensive 24 hour, 365 day call out heating service. Applicants are advised that the works will comprise of a single contract and the successful Applicant will therefore be awarded all works as a single Contract.

OptionsAt this stage the Contracting Authority anticipates that the Gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated works contract will have a duration of 5 years with the option to extend for a further 5 years on an annual renewable basis. The duration of the Contract will be dependent on measured performance in a number of areas including quality, meeting required high levels of delivery and continuous improvement. |
