1	The siting of the car park and main entrance at the lower walled garden end of the site necessitates the need for welcome and ticketing facilities at this location. Numbers are anticipated to grow in excess of 200 000 visitors pa in the next 5 years and the property by virtue of its location and unique offering will be of interest to cruise ship and cross border tourism, a large proportion of which will arrive by coach. Outline your early thoughts and design approach to what you think needs to be provided at this location for visitor facilities and describe how you will create a sense of arrival in this sensitive location and then how the visitor journey will seamlessly flow through the property?	30
2	The proposals to open Hillsborough Castle to the public will require the conservation and adaptation of existing buildings, new construction and perhaps a combination of both. What approach will you adopt to achieve such a result and how would you ensure such worlds integrate and complement each other? What examples can you give of where you have done this successfully in the past and what have you learned as a result?	30
3	If appointed you will be the lead consultant of a multi-disciplinary team procured under a framework arrangement. Describe your experience of working on heritage projects of this scale in this role, where it has worked well and what, if any, challenges you envisage.	10
