A&B Cymru plays an important role for business and the arts in Wales and as the need to diversify income becomes a priority for the arts, its skills and network are more relevant than ever before. However, the withdrawal of its core funding leaves the charity in a challenging position which needs to be urgently addressed. The current business model needs to be reviewed and while the organisation already has an impressive diversity of income, it needs to examine how far this can be developed and evaluate opportunities for and the viability of new income streams.

- Background and relevant experience of tendering organisation, including examples of similar projects delivered;

- Background and relevant experience of all individuals that would be involved in delivering tender;

- Response to the brief and description of overall approach;

- Tasks & sequence, including methodology and a clear timetable for delivery;

- Detailed budget, including daily rate and expenses;

- Names & contact details of at least 2 referees for whom similar work has been undertaken.
