Ty Newydd Conservation Plan - Call for Tender Deadline - 5.00 pm, Friday 18 March Literature Wales is looking to appoint a registered Conservation Architect with broad experience of conservation work and similar projects, ideally conservation accredited. The key deliverables of this tender comprise: •A comprehensive five year Conservation Plan for the Grade II* listed Ty Newydd house, the adjacent Hafoty converted outbuildings and the grounds. This must assess the current and predicted conservation needs and attempt to address them with a view towards maintaining or increasing the significance of this heritage asset.
