Electricity Supply Contract with a start date of the 1.4.2017. 20 HH metered electricity supplies with a combined annual volume of 20 839 371 kWh.

Please note this is only open to GB Electricity Suppliers who hold a GB Supplier Licence. The contract needs to allow the end user to make purchases in tranches and therefore contract product must be a fully flexible supply contract.

Lodging of appeals

The award of the contract will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.

The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 6) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
