Accent Housing is procuring Warden Call and Door Entry Systems Servicing and Maintenance as a single combined contract covering all five Regional operating areas, identified herein as Lot 1.
Accent is also procuring Fire Systems Servicing and Maintenance as a single contract covering all 5 Regional operating areas, identified herein as Lot 2.
Interested parties can tender for one or both Lots and Accent may award contracts for 1 or both Lots to a single Service Provider subject to the tender outcome.
Contracts let through this process will also include the periodic replacement or upgrading of installations.
Contracts will be let for an initial period of 5 years, with the options to extend by 3 further periods of 2 years, 2 years and 1 year respectively.

Service Providers will be required to provide copies of appropriate certifications to demonstrate that all service and maintenance personnel employed on the contracts are appropriately trained and qualified to undertake the required service and maintenance tasks.

III.2.2) Contract performance conditions
The service expectations of Accent Housing are set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation and specifically in Document 2.
Document 2 includes a set of Key Performance Indicators which Service Providers will be expected to achieve as a minimum.
Accent Housing will expect the selected Service Providers to continually improve both service quality and value for money over the duration of the contracts.
