Accent is procuring a Warden Call Response Service, which will monitor and respond to calls from Warden Call and Door Entry Systems and provide an appropriate response subject to the nature of the call. This could include anything from an emergency response to illness to a need for access to a property. All as set out in the Invitation to Tender and Specifications.
