Orbit Homes was established in 2009 as the development and sales division of the 39 000-home Orbit Group. We specialise in building high-quality new homes across the Midlands, East, and South East. Rated as the fourth largest housing association developer in 2014-15, Orbit Homes creates more than 1 500 homes per year as it strives to achieve its ambitious target of building 12 000 new homes by 2020. We build a range of homes to meet need and aspiration, and are proud to offer our customers a flexible housing journey through different tenures, from affordable and private rent, to shared ownership, market sale and independent living.

Orbit Homes (2020) Limited have awarded this contract to a preferred supplier to enter into a contract to provide Construction of 102 (Number) Extra Care Apartments and 87 (Number) General Needs Houses and Flats with a mixture for rent, shared ownership and out right sale, at Alcester Road, Stratford Upon Avon.
