VI.3) Additional information
The NIAC is conduction this procurement under Schedule 3 Social and Other Specific Services of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Regulations 5 (1) (d) and 74 to 76 are applicable. The NIAC advertises the opportunity in the interests of openness and transparency. The contract will not be divided into lots due to the need of the NIAC to appoint to a single Service Provider to seamlessly provide flexibility to maintain the quality and standards of services required, and to facilitate the introduction of several ‘Buy Social’ aspects into the contract. ‘Buy Social’ aspects within the contract include the development and implementation of a ‘Buy Social’ Plan and a vacancy percentage requirement for the recruitment of long term unemployed or post school leavers. The NIAC intends to host a Supplier Site Visit on 28.2.2017 at 10:00. Please see tender documents for more information.
