Abstract

Bellevue Place Education Trust (BPET) is a young, entrepreneurial multi academy trust that sponsors 7 primary Free Schools across London and the South-East with a view to blending the best that the state school system has to offer with the best that the independent education system offers. Academic excellence is just one aspect of what we believe makes an outstanding education. With a rich extended curriculum, we build strength, confidence and resilience in our young people from a very young age.

We believe the provision of high quality food in our schools is absolutely paramount to the success of our children, and when parents and pupils join us they understand that it is expected every child will dine with us. We treat lunch as a formal opportunity to learn about where the food and ingredients have come from as well as for our staff to be setting and expecting the highest standards in social manners. We will expect our catering staff to be part of the school team and help us educate the children about the importance of healthy food and the impact of their choices.
