The contract is for the provision of an Internal Post Service for Norfolk Community Health and Care.
The services to be provided include the collection, transportation and delivery of:
— Lot 1: Internal mail (including secure tracked mail), CSSD equipment and other ad hoc deliveries as requested, case by case, instructed by a P / O using the contracted rates which form the basis of the main schedules,
— Lot 2: Mattress collection and delivery service,
— Lot 3: Commercial Deliveries (Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust) - Little Plumstead Hospital (HPFT).
— Lot 4: Commercial Deliveries (Norfolk County Council) - Health Information Leaflet Service (HILS),
— Lot 5: Commercial Deliveries (Norfolk County Council) - Medicines Support Service,
— Lot 6: Commercial Deliveries (Queen Elizabeth Hospital) - Coastal Run and Internal Mail (QEH).
The Purchaser does not wish to have any element of the service sub-contracted.
Deadline for expressions of interest and return of Stage 1 documents is Noon 12.2.18.
