Lot 2: Design and installation of modifications of up to 5 treatment sites.
Lot 3: Design and installation of modifications of up to 2 existing groundwater abstraction sites and/or additional booster pumping for the connection to another Utility’s network.

The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the requirements under those Regulations to take action in the High Court of England and Wales.
