Crown Commercial Service (CCS) (the Authority) has established a framework agreement for the provision of applied behavioural insights and related services, to be used on occasion in isolation and as part of an end-to-end process.
The framework agreement consists of a single Lot with 6 Suppliers appointed to the framework agreement.
The single lot structure addresses feedback received, the requirement to coordinate different Suppliers for more than one lot could seriously risk undermining the proper execution of the framework agreement. The framework has been designed to facilitate collaborative working to build ongoing relationships with government teams, and to contribute to growing the supplier market.
