The framework will exclude:
1) Emergency Works;
2) Planned Maintenance Works;
3) Small Scale Fire Risk Assessment Works;
4) Stand alone separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing works;
5) House Extensions;
6) Works to public buildings including sports facilities and schools.
