Provision of waste and recycling collection services to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hart District Council (the councils) under a joint contract for a term of 8 years, subject to an option to extend for an additional 8 years, which the councils will manage under an Inter-Authority Agreement via a single joint client team. The contract also includes optional collection services for bulky waste, clinical waster, paper and cardboard (collected from bring sites) for both councils, and kerbside textile collections for Hart District Council only.
