Abstract

The partners intend to commission a detailed process and impact evaluation of the City and Hackney integrated commissioning programme. The process evaluation will analyse the development and implementation of the integrated commissioning arrangements, how this matches evidence on factors needed for successful integration and the impact so far on decision making processes; whilst the impact evaluation will assess how our interventions have affected individual and population outcomes, and any improvement in value for money obtained for services locally.

The evaluation will be formative, taking place early in the programme in order to provide a learning to shape the delivery of the second and subsequent years of the programme.
