Thurrock Council commissioned a Living Well at Home Service focussed on increasing independence and on delivering better outcomes in health and social care for our Service Users. The Service is to deliver care and support to people whose needs meet the eligibility criteria for Adult Social Care in Thurrock as defined in the Care Act 2014. There were seven lots under this procurement, but lot 7 was withdrawn:

Lot 2: Aveley and Uplands/West Thurrock & South Stifford/South Chafford/Grays Riverside;
Lot 3: Ockendon/Belhus;
