În termen de 2 luni de la notificarea deciziei de atribuire, se poate depune o plângere la organismul men¿ionat la punctul VI.4.1.

Primjedbe u vezi s postupkom sklapanja ugovora možete dostaviti javnom narucitelju iz tocke I.1.

Ako smatrate da je došlo do nepravilnosti, možete podnijeti pritužbu Europskom ombudsmanu u roku od 2 godine od datuma kad ste doznali za okolnosti koje su uzrok pritužbi (vidi http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Takvom se pritužbom ne obustavlja vremenski rok za ulaganje žalbe i ne otvara se novo razdoblje za ulaganje žalbe.

U roku od 2 mjeseca od slanja obavijesti o sklapanju ugovora žalbu možete podnijeti tijelu navedenom u tocki VI.4.1.
