Explanation
The Contractor is a provider of fertility services from premises at the Princess Anne Hospital Southampton.The Trust has awarded the contract to the contractor as indicated above on the basis that the contractor is the only provider with the requisite capacity, capability and resource to provide the Trust's NHS fertility services at the Princess Anne Hospital and that as a result competition from other providers is absent.
