Options:
Yes
Description of options:
The contract is offered for an initial period of 3 years at a maximum total budget of 2 280 000 GBP excluding VAT and bids exceeding this limit may be rejected.
The contract is offered for an initial duration of 3 years, with a potential to extend for up to an additional 2 years subject to the availability of funding and an assessment by HQIP on the quality of delivery of the programme. However, NHS England and the Welsh Government do not anticipate that central NCAPOP funding will continue at its current level to support the topic in the long term and it is expected that during this contract period the provider will identify and develop options for longer term sustainability of funding and delivery (see Element 3, Section A5.1 of the Specification).
Therefore the value of the contract being tendered is 2 280 000 GBP in the first instance, to a maximum value of 3 800 000 GBP excl VAT.
NB: Bidders should submit their Schedule of Offer based on providing the audit for the initial 3 years only.
