Our aim is to provide a holistic approach to support provision which is sufficiently flexible to adapt to the individual needs presented by this client group.
The core aims of the contract are:
— more people living independently without support,
— a reduction in the number of people experiencing repeat homelessness, relapse and an escalation of negative behaviour,
— improve the health and wider wellbeing of those accessing the service.

Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive
Explanation
Due the termination of the current contract with the incumbent provider, the Contracting Authority were required to seek alternative provision to ensure continuity of support for service users, with vulnerable characteristics. The circumstances invoked were not attributable to the Contracting Authority.
