The contract is until October 2021, with a possible 1 year extension. Timing for further notices will depend on whether an extension period is accepted, however it is expected it should be approximately 4 months before the end of the contract.

Please note that interviews for this contract will take place during week beginning 25th February. Bidders should ensure that they are available for interview this week if they are successfully shortlisted.
In addition the buyer reserves the right to add or remove properties/locations to the contract to meet particular need for example a handover of new build properties. This will be discussed in advance with the winning bidder(s).
