Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is seeking 2 contractors to provide gas maintenance services. The contract will cover the authorities stock of approximately (and subject to change) 8894 homes and include the annual gas safety checks of domestic properties, breakdown repairs to heating/hot water systems and the installation of new central heating boilers/systems. It is expected that TUPE will apply.

Bidders may apply for 1 of both lots but will only eligible to be awarded 1 lot. In the event of over running work there will be the opportunity to move work from one lot to the other.
