The project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in West Belfast by means of a design and build framework agreement, where the Economic Operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Radius Housing in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide, Clients requirements and Statutory Body requirements. Radius expects to appoint a developer by March 2019 to deliver up to 40 units.
