Abstract

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaldwr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor for the construction of a small extension link corridor together with work to the existing Paediatric Ward including alterations and stripping out, new doors, glazed screens, internal finishes, decoration, new furniture and fittings, new sanitary ware and IPS; alterations to mechanical and electrical installations The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 70% cost and 30% technical as detailed in the ITT document.
