Abstract

Although it may not always be required, the supplier must be able to provide a complete end to end managed service, which covers initial response, clean-up, restoration and reinstatement services in customers properties, ensuring the efficient coordination of all works from start to finish. In most cases, the services will be required when there has been an escape of water from our clean water network where the company is liable in a domestic or a commercial property. From time to time the company may also, as a goodwill gesture, support the customer with the clean-up, restoration and reinstatement of domestic or commercial properties due to a wastewater escape. Call out capability must be for 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day including weekends and bank holidays.
