The systems can be hosted on-premise on SBHA servers, externally hosted or delivered as a SaaS solution. The total cost of ownership will be taken into account for each option.
We have removed the requirement to have proven experience of integrating to Northgate Housing System.
We have removed the estimated budget of 160 000 GBP over 5 years.

The previous OJEU open procurement only returned one bid and this would not comply with SBHA's procurement policy of being able to demonstrate VFM. We therefore need to re run the exercise and urgently need to identify a provider.
