LSBU is seeking a strategic partner to manage their IBM estate as an extended branch of LSBU's internal ICT department. The Supplier is to:
— to manage compliancy around the ILMT tool and provide monthly reporting in line with IBM contractual arrangements,
— to provide LSBU with a bill of materials to engage to support their annual renewal of software and support to the IBM estate, due the 1.2.2020,
— to provide a managed service around 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for the IBM products under the IBM software and support offering,
— to manage the product lifecycle of the IBM estate in line with LSBU requirements,
— to ensure IBM products are updated to latest versions and all security patches are applied.
This contract opportunity also includes elements of project work which LSBU can call off in any given year.
