Outlined below is a schedule of the individual elements to the services to be provided by the bidder, this is not a definitive list and bidder shall familiarise themselves with all of the required services during the tender period M and E maintenance to include but not limited to: HVAC External lighting, HCWS LV electrical and distribution, BMS Photovoltaics PAT testing ventilation duct cleaning lightning protection.
