Explanation
The cloud service underpins all of Highways England business activity and has been deployed over the course of 3 years, with the final elements of the service only being deployed in April 2018. Continuing with the current support and licensing arrangements will allow HE to realise the benefits detailed in the original business case over 3 years whilst working on a competition for a replacement contract.
