VI.3) Additional information
After the evaluation of tenders submitted for this competition, the University issued letters to all tenderers advising that O'Hare & McGovern Limited (OHMG) was the University's preferred bidder. The O'Hare & McGovern Group informed the University at that time that it is undergoing a form of corporate restructuring which is resulting in, inter alia, O'Hare & McGovern (Holdings) Limited (OHMG Holdings) becoming the partial successor of OHMG and resultantly forming the entity as the University's Preferred Bidder. The University has conducted due diligence on this restructuring and is satisfied that OHMG Holdings fulfills the qualitative and financial criteria initially established for this procurement and would not have placed tenderers in a competitive disadvantage during the competition. This restructuring has not, except to the extent the names of the companies have changed, altered the successful tender submission and does not involve substantial modifications to the contract or circumvents the Public Contract Regulations 2015 or the European Directive on public procurement (2014/24/EU)."
