Futures Housing Group (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator to manage our out of hours call handling and telecare response call monitoring service. All services to be carried out as per our scope of works within this ITT document. The tender will be let to a single economic operator with 2 similar work streams which have been individually described for clarity and to ensure bidders understand each particular need.
