— design of upgraded network to provide new functionality such as “software defined networking” along with higher resilience,
— transformation and transition of the current network to the new design,

— move billing to a consumption basis allowing the University to only pay for consumed services which will vary monthly and take account of academic year and student needs,
— flexibility to allow the University to offer to staff and students enhanced digital services and experience.
