This opportunity was available in the ‘Current Tenders’ area of portal. Interested parties were invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The deadline date for submissions of the tender was 15th November 12 p.m. noon. Contracts will be for the delivery of coaching service outputs against the funding the Council receives from the European Social Fund (ESF). This project will be working with adults and experience of working with vulnerable adults with autism, mental health and learning difficulties and other barriers to work is required.

Suffolk County Council incorporated a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract was communicated to the tenderers. This period allowed unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract was entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly.
