Bolsover District Council is inviting suitably qualified contractors to tender for the provision of various construction roles to support our major construction schemes over a 4-year period.

Lot 1: Managing Agent;

Lot 2: Principle Designer;

Lot 3: Quantity Surveying Services;

Lot 4: All Roles.

These roles will be to support a 4-year programme of new council house build, but may be used for other projects during this term. Bidders are required to opt for bidding for 1 or more lots.
