The Guinness Partnership Ltd and all its subsidiaries wish to enter into a contract with one supplier for an out of hours call handling service, during the hours of 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. including bank holidays, to enable its customers to report emergency repairs, anti-social behaviour or to make a rent payment during this time.
The supplier should also be able to provide cover during periods that Guinness is unavailable during normal operating hours or as cover for business continuity when required.
