Thames Water Utilities Ltd intends to award one or more agreements for services on the grounds maintenance framework. The lots being offered are:
Lot 1a. Planned General Grounds Maintenance Services and Invasive Weed Control; Thames Valley, South London and North London;
Lot 1b. Planned Tree Works; Thames Valley, South London and North London;
Lot 1c. Reactive Tree Works; Thames Valley, South London and North London.
Based on the responses received, Thames Water reserves the right to issue multiple or sole awards for each lot of this agreement to achieve the most efficient and economical service solution. This may include splitting lots by regional demarcation, by strategic sites and satellite sites, waste sites, clean sites or for a combination of both waste and clean sites.
Thames Water reserve the right to award either lot 1b or 1c; if lot 1b is awarded lot 1c will no longer apply and vice versa.
Thames Water reserves the right to not award one or more lots/sub lots.

Thames Water Utilities Ltd will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
