We require a joiner/carpenter to supply and build a bar that fits in with the building aesthetics and also matches the design of the lobby counter. (see attached photo) The bar top should match the lobby’s which is made from American ash. The bar’s back wall should be able to accommodate the fridges with work top and above that high open shelving to accommodate the spirits bottles. Roughly 2.1 meters in length and deep enough too incorporate the fridges (53cm approx) and a small sink.

The bar itself should be designed to fit within a space of: Length 3.8 meter, width 2.5 meter, height 3.1 meter (see attached photo) it should be securable via roller shutters one off which we can supply which is 3.7m in length. It should have a side access to the right side which should be no more than 700mm in height to fit in with our disable access policy and the main bar front to be around 1100mm in height. We would like to have the corner of the bar rounded as in the style used on the lobby counter. The bar will be attached to an solid wall to the left however the structure should also be self supporting due to the unavailability of support from the ceiling as it is of the suspended type. The under bar area should also incorporate shelving for glasses and an area for rubbish.
