Abstract
Busnes@LlandrilloMenai (B@LlM), the business arm of Grwp Llandrillo Menai, wishes to appoint a consultant to research, recommend and provide a cost and implementation profile for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The system may include capability to manage training events if available. This work will be undertaken to support a full business case for a CRM system and therefore it is not necessary for the successful respondent to be an implementation partner.
