Abstract

The aim of this study is to generate ideas, supported by evidence, to identify and address the adverse impacts of COVID-19 on pre-school aged children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development. A Delphi study is proposed to generate ideas and gain a consensus on suitable interventions (if any).
