Abstract

The voluntary sector has never been more needed. The pandemic has highlighted the enormous value the voluntary sector and volunteering bring to our society in Wales. The voluntary sector has huge assets to bring to creating a better Wales through the recovery – addressing the immediate and longer-term challenges. This project will focus on what needs to happen in practice to make this a reality. The project will support practical innovation. It will bring together a diverse group of people who may not normally work together. It will combine local action with national strategic influence. It will take a place-based and systems-leadership approach and give people the freedom and encouragement to work at pace. Ni fi erioed mwy o angen am y sector gwirfoddol. Mae’r pandemig wedi amlygu’r gwerth aruthrol y mae’r sector gwirfoddol a gwirfoddoli yn ei gyflwyno i’n cymdeithas yng Nghymru. Mae gan y sector gwirfoddol asedau enfawr y gall ei gyflwyno nawr i greu Cymru well drwy’r cyfnod adfer – gan fynd i’r afael â’r heriau presennol a mwy hirdymor. Mae CGGC yn gweithio gydag eraill i gefnogi hyn. Bydd y prosiect hwn yn canolbwyntio ar yr hyn sydd angen digwydd yn ymarferol i wireddu hyn. Bydd y prosiect yn cefnogi arloesedd ymarferol. Bydd yn dwyn ynghyd grŵp amrywiol o bobl nad ydynt o bosibl yn gweithio gyda’i gilydd fel arfer. Bydd yn cyfuno gweithredu lleol â dylanwad strategol cenedlaethol. Bydd yn mynd ati i weithredu mewn modd arweinyddiaeth systemau sy’n seiliedig ar le ac yn rhoi’r rhyddid a’r anogaeth i bobl weithio ar gyflymder.

Description of the goods or services required
